Kevin Ude

Substitute Teacher

Kevin Ude began his teaching career more than 20 years ago and has taught young people a variety of subjects in traditional and nontraditional learning environments. He has been a camp counselor, museum docent, farm apprentice, outdoor education instructor, classroom teacher and tutor. In addition to math, science, logic, art, Lego robotics, and engineering, he has taught survival skills, homesteading, facilities maintenance, and more. Regardless of the subject or the setting in which he is teaching, Kevin has a gift for connecting with students to create an engaging learning environment. Kevin earned a bachelor of arts degree from Vanderbilt University, where he attended on full academic scholarship and was a National Merit Scholar and a Coca-Cola Scholar.
